You can access the Monthly Learning Website for a duration of 30 days from the date you purchased it.

The content is updated every month.

5. Is there any additional software I need to view the video seminars?
You will need to have Windows Media Player in order to view the seminar. This can be downloaded from our "Download" section also.

6. I can't view the Computer Learning lesson.Why?
You will need to download the Marcomedia Flash Player to view the computer learning lesson. You can download the player from the "Download" section.

7. What software do I need to access the book summary or e-book?
In order to have access to the book summary or e-book, you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader. The reader can also be downloaded from the "Download" section of the website.

8. What is the difference between SkyQuestCom's Monthly Learning website and SkyQuestCom's annual subscription?
SkyQuestCom's Monthly Learning Website content will be updated and changed every month while SkyQuestCom's annual subscription content is static and fixed.

2. Do I need to first register for a username and password before purchasing anything?
Yes. If you do not have an existing account, you can just proceed to shop first. Upon checkout you will be asked to login or if you don't have an existing account with us, you can just create your account there and then.

3. What are the payment methods available?
You can pay by credit card, cheque, money transfer, SkyQuestCom e-voucher or by cash.

Shipping and Delivery

1. What is the delivery time frame upon ordering?
The delivery time frame depends on the shipping method you choose and stock availability. Delivery time would be between 2-3 weeks. If you did not received the product after 3 weeks, do email marketing@skyquestcom.com quoting your invoice number/receipt number. If you choose to collect the merchandise personally at your country local SkyQuestCom?s office, please do so within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Do print out or quote your receipt number and show it to our staff during collection.

2. How about the delivery charges for the SkyQuestCom's merchandise?
It depends on the quantity of your order, the shipping method you choose and also the country the order comes from. Please refer to our shipping rate table for the delivery charge of each item.

3. What are the shipping methods I can choose?
You can choose to ship either by courier or to collect personally from the local SkyQuestCom office near you.

4. I did not receive my order after 1 month. What should I do?
Do send us an email at marketing@skyquestcom.com quoting your Order reference number so we can assist you to trace your order and act accordingly.
